    • Restricted admin accounts with enforced 2FA.

    • Login access is limited to designated UK locations.

  • Password Management:

    • Passwords are securely shared using 1Password, with immediate revocation of access if required.

All team members are DBS-checked and carefully vetted during recruitment. Internal data access is strictly controlled and granted only on a need-to-know basis.

  • Automatic Deletion: If we have not heard from you for 12 months, your data will be automatically deleted.
